Julie Clark

aaaJulie is a Registered Nutritionist based in Maidstone, Kent who has been in practice for over 10 years.

Julie completed a diploma in Nutrition and went on to graduate from Thames Valley University with a BSc in Nutritional Medicine. In 2009 Julie gave birth to her first child which inspired the work she does now with children and young families.

Julie runs Spring Nutrition and specialises in helping families understand what a healthy diet and lifestyle involves, as well as helping babies and young children with health issues. She runs courses, workshops and talks on subjects such as baby-led weaning, fussy eating and reading food labels and has written a step by step guide to baby-led weaning which was published in 2014.
